King Goat E-Bike Giveaway Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Goat Power Bikes are not eligible to participate.

• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by King Goat Bikes.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway through the official entry method provided above.

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a King Goat E-Bike.

• Approximate retail value : $2,500.00

• No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• Prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.

• Winner will be notified via email and must reply within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and provide required shipping information.

• If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, another winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Verification Requirements

• Winner must provide valid identification (e.g., driver’s license) and a current shipping address to claim the prize.

• Failure to provide proper verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

• Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once the prize is claimed.

• Goat Power Bikes is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers.

8. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Goat Power Bikes to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

• Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Goat Power Bikes from any and all liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

10. Governing Law

• The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
